Clients are responsible for ensuring that exterior water sources are functional prior to service arrival, securing windows and doors, removing personal items or fragile outdoor furniture from the treatment area, and keeping pets indoors during operations.

4. Limitation of Liability

Exterior Washed utilizes specialized, low-pressure soft wash techniques and surface-safe solutions. However, Exterior Washed is not liable for pre-existing structural decay, loose paint, improperly sealed windows, or underlying property degradation prior to cleaning.
